What you need to do prior to photo day / night

Please confirm with your coach or manager for your team’s photo time.

Please purchase photos in advance here if possible (log into Friendly Manager to complete the purchase). The cost is $20 per photo. Cash or Eftpos is also accepted on the night.

Families will be given their annual club raffle tickets to sell on photo night (or afterwards if they don’t attend), if families wish to ‘Opt Out’ of selling raffle tickets they can purchase ‘Opt out’ Of Fundraising’ in the same place on Friendly manager for $20. Each raffle book is worth $30, and each child receives one book.

Families need to ‘Opt Out’ as soon as possible if they wish to take this option.

If your child can not attend the photo and you wish for them to be included as an insert this is done directly with the photographer https://www.lifephotography.co.nz/inserts/. The additional cost for this is $10 paid direct to the photographer.

There will be merchandise for sale on the night in the big room, and there will also be a range of silent Auctions available for families to bid on which will be published out to all the families. 

On Photo Day

  • Please meet your team at the allocated meeting time in the clubrooms wearing your football uniform. We ask teams to not enter the clubrooms until their meeting time.
  • Your coach or manager will collect and record any players who have money for a team photo. If a player has paid eftpos please collect their eftpos receipt and hand in with the cash to the cashier desk prior to your photo.
  • The team when ready will be taken through in to the photography room. Parents are not allowed to go through with the team only the coach and manager. Children will exit through the back door after collecting their raffle tickets and return to parents on the driveway ramp area.
