This year, Wests are building our first formal coaching community run by and for our awesome Western Suburbs coaches. There is a lot going on as we crack on with the 2022 football season.
New over the last month:
- Development of Western Suburbs first coach register…over 100 coaches across all grades
- Publication of the first Wests Kaiako Newsletters for Western Suburbs coaches
- Access to The Coaching Manual website for all Wests coaches (available in late April/early May) – https://app.thecoachingmanual.com/
- Wests Kaiako discussion forum lands on the OFC Learn platform – Feed – Western Suburbs FC Kaiako – OFC Learn
- FREE in-person coach and referee training available to all Wests coaches and referees (log into Friendly Manager to see your age group courses) – Events – Western Suburbs
- Development of Wests first Youth Coach Cohort…supporting our U15 players in coaching the next generation of players in First Kicks (4-6 year olds)
